Their page on healthy aging does not impress.
Their 2021 Impact report (taken from here) does not impress.

However there are some good phrases on their website:

"For more than 35 years, the Alliance has guided efforts to substantially increase funding and focus for aging at the National Institutes of Health and Food and Drug Administration; built influential coalitions to guide groundbreaking regulatory improvements for age-related diseases" [1]

"The Alliance for Aging Research advocates that the NIH receive regular appropriations increases to maximize the number of high-quality research projects funded" <...> "Much of the Alliance’s appropriations advocacy is focused on the National Institute on Aging (NIA)" [2]
